Scarlet Security operates the Arctic Response Coordination Centre (ArCC) in Yellowknife, which provides WorkAlone™ mandown monitor services, asset tracking for client equipment and gate/zone access control.
This is part of a larger commitment to delivering value-added services, and our recognition of the trend toward the merger of security services, health and safety policies, and responsible due diligence and care in northern operations.
We are committed to providing not only quality security services, but to introducing the latest technologies and integrated services to deliver maximum efficiency, safety and value to our client base.
Scarlet telematics solutions are recognized for their particular value in providing customized approaches to our security, energy, mining and government clients' needs. Our areas of technology development and integration are:
- WorkAlone™ Safety and Journey Management, including mandown safety monitoring.
- Security Access Control for energy, mining and major construction sites. The Access Control system was conceived by our Fort McMurray partner, and is currently licensed exclusively by Scarlet’s technology division. This exceptional technology is currently operated on a number of major energy and construction sites in Fort McMurray.
- Asset Tracking (theft prevention) and AVL (vehicle tracking) and Equipment Health Monitoring (industrial engine diagnostics and trending).
- Liquid Asset Management (fuels and liquids, for both anti-theft and operational outcomes).
Cutting-edge video surveillance solutions with video analytics. Our technical affiliate provides Scarlet with software, hardware and technical support to operate the WorkAlone™ Monitor system for ArCC and it's clients.
This allows Scarlet to see client field operations personnel and assets to increase safety and security in remote, high risk or WorkAlone™ situations.
Trained Scarlet security personnel and office staff can monitor all staff and contractors on a project, and automatically execute client-specified notification and response directives as part of the security presence.
All information can be viewed in near real time, from a wide range of devices and communications options. All clients choose their preferences for specific use-cases.
Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service (STARS) uses this software for its WorkAlone™ monitor centre in Calgary.
